JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 23-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.i)To direct the respondents to make an inquiry into the said matter of embezzlement of money.
ii).To issue notice to respondent no.4 and direct him to show the ledger/ account for the expenditure incurred till date.
iii).To direct the respondent no. 4 to show on what basis he gave the land of the College to others without any approval from the said authorities.
iv).To direct the respondent no. 4 to show the entire balance sheet of the money
Patna High Court CWJC No.16446 of 2015(2) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 given by the Govt. to the College fund and the usage of the said money in the construction of the said College.
v). To direct the Vigilance authorities to conduct an inquiry into the said matter."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
