The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by order dated 31.03.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 4215 of 2015 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining in jail custody for six months if the trial is not concluded.

It is submitted that the petitioner is in jail since 06.08.2014 i.e. for more than 16 months. Even after the order dated 31.03.2015 the trial has not concluded within six

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 46 of 2014.
