JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bairgania P. S. Case No. 108 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There are seven petitioners and allegation against them is of assault to the informant, causing injury. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61500 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 is that no specific allegation has been attributed against them and moreover, the injuries are simple in nature, which will appear from Annexure-2.

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 also. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi, in connection with Bairgania P.
