Petitioner who happens to be engaged as a painter misbehaved with the victim, as a result of which, the instant case has been registered wherein, after completing investigation charge-sheet had been submitted under Section 376, 511, 354, 354(A) of the IPC. Petitioner was apprehended at the spot and is under custody since 23.06.2015.

From paragraph-3 of bail petition, it is apparent that petitioner has got criminal antecedents.

Accordingly, petitioner, Md. Anis is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur in connection with Rupaspur PS Case No. 120/2015.
