This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) To direct the state respondents to remove the encroachment made by the Private Respondent No. 8 to 12 over

Patna High Court CWJC No.14265 of 2023(2) dt.03-01-2024 2/2 the land of petitioner situated at village Mehsaul, Thana No. 82, P.S.- Runnisaidpur, District- Sitamarhi bearing Khata No. 332, Keshra 2398, 2399 Area 36 and Khata No. 397, Khesra No.2400 Area 60 Decimal.

(ii) To direct the state respondent to take appropriate action against Private Respondent No.8 to 12 for disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioner over the land in question. (iii) To direct the state respondent to take appropriate action for save life and property of the petitioner at the hands of Private Respondent No. 8 to 12.

3 . After some arguments, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to move before appropriate authority for redressal of his grievance .

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate authority which may be available to him in accordance with law.
