ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 On the last occasion, this Court had observed that the parties are ready to resume the matrimonial relation and, therefore, directed them to appear before the court below and to live with each other. Thereafter the matter was posted for 07.01.2015 on which date the counsels for the parties shall apprise this Court about the latest development of the relationship. Today counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties are living happily and none appears on behalf of opposite party no.2 to dispute the aforesaid submission.

Considering the aforesaid, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 27/01/2014, is hereby confirmed.
