The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399 / 402 / 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) / 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One country-made pistol and five live cartridges have been recovered from a car, of which, this petitioner was driver. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 28.09.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is
