The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 386, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioners that they abused the informant while he was constructing building over his plot and demanded rupees 2.5 lakhs as extortion and on denial to pay the extortion demand, they threatened of dire consequences.

No.1100 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is a land dispute and Title Suit No. 126 of 2019 is going on between the parties. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 511 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
