No.6924 of 2024, the encroachment has been removed from the land in question as is apparent from paragraph No.15 of the show cause filed in the present case.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned by resorting to the remedies available
