The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that the accused persons for irrigating his land and on such on the order of Tejo Yadav, Pravin Yadav and Shivam Yadav are alleged to have fired. There is omnibus and general allegation against the petitioners that they also assaulted the informant with lathi, stick. Shashidhar Yadav got one lacerated wound said to have been caused by firearm and another lacerated wound on right shoulder. Four persons are alleged to have

Having considered the facts that there is omnibus and general allegation of assault against the petitioners, but no such injury was found on the person of the injured and the petitioners are not alleged to have made firing, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 215 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
