JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-09-2024 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 02.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14446 of 2023 to the extent of correction of the Khesra Number, which has been mentioned as 1134 instead of 1154, in the first page of the said order dated 02.07.2024, on account of wrong mentioning of the same by the petitioner himself, in the original writ petition, nonetheless, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the mistake has now been corrected by stating the correct Khesra Number in the present petition, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the Khesra Number be directed to be read as 1154 in place of 1134.
Patna High Court MJC No.3157 of 2024(2) dt.27-09-2024 2/2 Accordingly, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the Khesra Number mentioned as 1134 in the order dated 02.07.2024 at page no. 1, would be deemed to be read as Khesra No. 1154.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 02.07.2024 passed in CWJC No. 14446 of 2023.
