Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 458, 382 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Police apprehended the petitioner and others along with stolen property alleged to have been removed from the house of the informant of this case. The Police lodged Gaya Muffasil Police Station Case No.56 of 2018 and thereafter when the informant returned back from Jehanabad, she has lodged the present case, which was registered as Gaya Muffasil Police Station Case No.57 of 2018. In earlier case, the petitioner is already on bail.

No.58503 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Gaya Muffasil Police Station Case No.57 of 2018, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
