The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 354 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant made allegation that one Supriya Kumari @ Moni gave a letter with photos to Anisha Kumari. Vulgar language was used in the said letter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner even does not appear in the F.I.R. No altercation took place with the petitioner.

On perusal of the record, it appears that it was the petitioner, who sent the letter using filthy and vulgar language and photographs, which was handed over to Anisha Kumari. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8390 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 bail in Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 121 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
