Petitioner is in custody in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 for the offence under sections 30, 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 29.52 liters of foreign liquor was seized from the house of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 16.7.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
