ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-11-2024 It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has already made a representation (AnnexureP/6) to the Respondent No. 3 ventilating his grievance. Learned counsel has stated that the directions may be given to the Respondent No. 3 to consider the representation and pass necessary orders.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent State has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 3 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass necessary orders in accordance with law.

3. Having regard to the above made submissions, without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present

Patna High Court CWJC No.14807 of 2024(2) dt.19-11-2024 2/2 writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The Respondent No. 3 is directed to consider the representation (Annexure- P/6) made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is needless to mention that the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing before any orders are passed. Any orders are passed shall be communicated to the parties.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
