BR-06PC 7372 was seized by the Bank as the petitioner has failed to pay the installment of loan amount. Learned counsel for the State Bank of India submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs.5 lakhs and also given an undertaking in what manner he will pay the rest outstanding loan amount to the Bank.
