====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019 registered under section 406, 420 and 506 IPC.

The allegation against the petitioner that she entered into a partnership with the informant for running a girls hostel and did not share the profit with the informant dishonestly. It has further been alleged that when the informant asked for an amount of Rs. one lakh and eleven thousand, the informant was threaten with dire consequences.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65251 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 that from perusal of the first information report, it would evident that the dispute between the parties arises from the agreement of partnership and does not disclose any criminal offence. Learned counsel further submits without prejudice to the same the entire amount admissible to the informant has been paid by the petitioner to him which would be evident from Annexure-2. Having regard to the submissions made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that informant has received all the admissible amount, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today shall be released on anticipatory bail by the Court below upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-XVI in connection with Buddha Colony P.S. Case No. 174 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) Anjula/- U
