The petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019 in connection with Special Case No. 6469 of 2019 arising out of Masaurahi P.S. Case No. 543 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30 (a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has arrested the petitioner on suspicion of being inebriated state. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and there has been no recovery from his possession.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let
