2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition, certain payments have been made to the petitioner and in that view of the matter, he submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty

3. As prayed for, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent authorities competent to redress the grievances of the petitioner.

4. As and when, such representation is filed, the concerned authority shall examine the matter on its own merit and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
