Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59093 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 of 2018, by which the anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and 16 other persons.

Ground for modification is that the name of the appellant no.11 (Rameshwar Sahni son of Dukhi Sahni) could not be mentioned correctly, as such in that confusion, he has not surrendered before the learned court below and now he has mentioned his name as "Rameshwar Sahni @ Kameshwar Sahni son of Dukhi Sahni".

Considering the above fact that for correction of the same, the petitioner Rameshwar Sahni @ Kameshwar Sahni son of Dukhi Sahni has appeared after almost six months, as such I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order, however, if the petitioner, above named, surrenders before the learned court below and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered on the basis of materials available on the ground that earlier he had been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court but due to inadvertence, he could not appear and if possible to dispose of the application of the petitioner on the same day.
