The petitioners have filed the instant application for grant of regular bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 30 of 2022 registered under sections 147, 149, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners is of creating hindrance and discharging the official duty of staffs in Primary Health Centre, Dandari District- Begusarai.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner are innocent and have committed no offence. The petitioner were only present at the place of occurrence and on

It is further submitted that the petitioners have no concern with the members who were creating hindrance in the said hospital at the time of occurrence. General and omnibus allegations levelled against these petitioners. They are languishing in judicial custody since 20.08.2022. The application for bail is vehemently opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioner are directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Dandari P.S. Case No. 30 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Begusarai.
