The present modification application has been filed, seeking certain correction in the cause title of the Criminal Miscellaneous No. 27841 of 2017 in which certain mistakes were recorded at the very first page of the miscellaneous application. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 1, namely, Munshi Rai @ Munshi Ray and petitioner no. 2, namely, Dilip Ray both are sons of Prasadi Rai @ Ram Prasad Rai and resident of village- Rampur, Jalalpur, P.S.-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37114 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/3 Dalsingsarai, District- Samastipur, but in the cause title of the order sheet dated 19.07.2017 due to inadvertence the name and address of petitioner no. 1 and 2 were wrongly recorded as Munshi Ray & Dilip Rai @ Ram Prasad Rai and both are sons of Prasadi Rai @ Ram Prasad Rai and resident of village - Dhepura, P.S. Dalsingsarai, Samastipur. He, thus prays that the said mistake may be corrected.
It is further submitted that the address of petitioner no. 3, namely, Ashok Rai son of Shankar Rai is "Resident of Village- Dhepura, P.S.- Dalsingsarai, District- Samastipur", but it has wrongly been recorded as "resident of village - RampurJalalpur, P.S. Dalsingsarai, Samastipur". He thus, prays that the said mistake may also be corrected.
Accordingly, let the name of the petitioners as well as their respected address mentioned in the order dated 19.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27841 of 2017 be now read as in the following manner as stated in Cr. Misc. No. 37114 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37114 of 2017 (2) dt.16-08-2017 3/3 The time for surrender passed in order dated 19.07.2017 is extended by further period of four weeks from today.
