JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited and the Regional Provident Fund Organization.
2. Though the petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
" I. For issuance of appropriate writ/writs
Patna High Court CWJC No.4097 of 2018 dt.07-05-2018 2/3 order/orders direction/directions directing the respondent authorities for payment of his pre and post retiral dues with interest such as due salary, differential of 5th Pay Revision, Gratuity at the rate of Rs. 10,00,000/-, Leave encashment, E.P.F. amount and monthly pension as well as other dues including transporting bills which are due with the respondents and have not been paid inspite of repeated requests and representations made to various authorities after his retirement in December 2011.
II. For issuance of further appropriate writ/writs order/orders direction/directions to make payment of any other admissible pre and post retiral dues for which the petitioner is entitled to after his retirement.
III. For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs order/orders direction/directions for which the petitioner may be found entitled to under the facts and circumstances of the case.". but from the pleadings, it appears that there has been serious deficiencies and lapses on the part of the petitioner in completing the legal formalities.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court is unable to pass any positive order and the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to complete all the required legal formalities, in accordance with law, and to the satisfaction of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4097 of 2018 dt.07-05-2018 3/3 authorities concerned. Upon completion of such formalities, the respondents shall take necessary steps to pay the admitted dues of the petitioner.
