1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) For issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents no. 4 or the respondents concerned to remove

Patna High Court CWJC No.15550 of 2024(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 encroachment from the main door of the house of the petitioners standing over Holding No.

225 (New), Old Holding No.107, Ward No.41, Revenue Circle No.1, Property No.1194331 at Mohalla- Chandchaura, Vishnupad Road near Laxmi Bhojnalay, P.S. Vishnupad, AT and District-Gaya.

(B) For directing the respondent no.4 to cancel the allotment of Tea stall in which Hotel is being run on the flank of the Vishnupad Temple Road, encroaching the main door of the petitioners."

2. At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners be permitted to avail the liberty already granted by this Court, vide order dated 28.06.2024, passed in the writ petition filed by the petitioners, i.e. the one bearing CWJC No.2337 of 2023. Permission so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands dismissed.
