The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 25(1-B), A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.05.2019. He further submits that in the instant case one country made pistol without cartridges was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58700 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 218 of 2019.
