The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to reinstate the petitioner on the post of "Indra Awas" Assistant with all consequential relief in which he was working and he was restrain by the respondent authority from attaining his duty. Further prayer has been made for directing the respondent to give joining to the petitioner on the post of "Indra Awas" since the date of appointment i.e. 28.02.2014.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as "Indra Awas Assistant" vide Memo

Patna High Court CWJC No.15477 of 2024(2) dt.08-10-2024 2/2 No. 238 dated 28.02.2014. He submits that he was discharging his duties with sincerity and with full satisfaction of the Officials but under unfortunate conditions, a case has been filed in which he was sent to jail, and subsequently, released also but joining of the petitioner has not been accepted by the Officials. Counsel submits that the petitioner has filed representation before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Gopalganj in this matter and Deputy Development Commissioner, Gopalganj has issued a letter to Block Development Officer, vide letter no. 1022 dated 24.05.2023 taking appropriate decision but no decision has been taken at the level of Block Development Officer, Gopalganj.

4. It is hereby directed to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the Deputy Development Commissioner, Gopalganj (Respondent No. 3) and Respondent No. 3 shall take decision with regard to the petitioner within 90 days after obtaining the necessary report from his subordinates.
