The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sabour (Goradih) P.S. Case No. 76 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376/504 and 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive and village politics. The petitioner and his parents refused the proposal of marriage with the informant then the petitioner and his family members have been made accused by the informant. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
