2. The petitioner was in Bihar Health Service and has retired after attaining the age of superannuation. She claims that while she was in service, she was entitled to pay-scale of a specialist Doctor as she possessed qualification of DGO since 1980. On that strength, she claims that she was entitled for payscale of specialist Doctor and her fixation of pension accordingly. She appears to have approached the authorities including the office of the Accountant General, based on which, the matter is said to be pending before the Health Department, Government of Bihar.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has drawn my attention to Annexure-9 of the writ application whereby the petitioner had approached the Joint Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, for claiming pay-scale of specialist Doctor.
4. Considering the nature of relief being claimed on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of with a direction that let a decision be taken by the Respondent State of Bihar, on the question of petitioner's claim for pay-scale of specialist Doctor, and other consequential benefits. Such decision must be taken within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
