Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code to which section 302 I.P.C. was added later on. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence and they have been

The specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Lal Babu Singh, Rabi Singh and Shashi Singh. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
