Perused the impugned order, dated 22.03.2017. The Learned Single Judge in the given facts has rightly given direction upon the authorities of BSFC, especially the Chief of Claims, to decide the issue first. There cannot be a demand raised on whims and caprice of the Corporation. Direction of the Learned Single Judge, if has not been complied, must be complied, within a period of eight weeks from today.
