The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324/326/307/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners cut penis of the son of the informant since he had love affairs since last two years with the daughter of the petitioner no.1.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegation is omnibus and general against the entire family members and petitioner no.1 is aged person.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10423 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the co-accused Niraj Kumari, Hemant Kumar Mishra and Sumant Kumar Mishra have been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide Criminal Miscellaneous No.42903 of 2014, let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender within a period of six weeks in connection with Assaon P.S. Case No.29 of 2014, pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
