2. In view of the pleadings on record, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Accordingly, the writ petition having served its purpose, stands disposed off.

3. However, if there is any error in calculation with regard to the payments made to petitioner, he shall be at liberty to represent before the respondent no. 3. If such representation is filed within four weeks from today, along with details with regard to the errors with supporting materials, the respondent no. 3 shall get the
