The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, three miscreants overtook the Scooty of the informant and snatched mobile, purse containing Aadhar Card & ATM Card and Voter I-card of pillion rider Tinku Kumar and also took away Scooty containing Rs. Three Lacs in its dickey.

Though, petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., but during course of investigation, the looted cash of Rs. 23,000/- as well as several mobile phones including the mobile phone of the informant have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent also.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.914 of 2022(3) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and same is, accordingly, rejected.
