Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a Title Suit No. 1590 of 2022 before the learned Munsif Magistrate, Sasaram on 24.11.2022 for the same set of land and it has been transpired that the said land is not the land of the Bihar Sarkar and the father of the petitioner is the owner of the land in question and the subject matter of the present writ petition is pertaining to the same set of land.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application.

4. Permission is accorded.
