2. The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2023 in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 179 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is further submitted that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Sections 164 Cr. P.C. has stated that she was in relationship with the petitioner from before. The

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge (POCSO Act), Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 179 of 2022.
