2. The present petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. Nos. 2 & 3, vide order dated 18.05.2023 passed in A.B.P. Nos. 141 of 2023 and 151 of 2023, arising out of Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020, by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge III, Jhanjharpur.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial of the case.
