The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No.130 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the Indiazn Penal Code, pending in the court of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya.
Regarding the robbery of the motorcycle of the informant, the present case was lodged against four unknown. In course of investigation, the petitioner was apprehended by the police on suspicion and was put at the T.I. Parade, as the informant had claimed in his written report to identify the culprits on seeing them again, and the petitioner was identified by the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.203 of 2017 (4) dt.07-02-2017 2/2 informant at the T.I. Parade.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail stands rejected.
