2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 84/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The victim is aged about 24 years. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., it appears that the victim girl was in a relationship with the petitioner though in her statement recorded under Sections 164 Cr. P.C., she has given another version. The petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner and the victim were in relationship, this application is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani/ concerned court in connection with Sakri P.S. Case No. 84/2024.
