ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2016 in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 300 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the entire gamut of circumstances regarding the present case, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner at this stage. It is accordingly rejected. It is, however, directed that the trial Court shall conclude the trial positively within a period of six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the trial Court shall proceed on dayto-day basis and the I.O. and the Doctor who are to be examined,
