The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 447/147/148/149/341/323/ 308/379/506/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that the petitioners are not assailants of the deceased; rather they allegedly assaulted to Sulekha Devi and Rupa Devi. The petitioners are female.

Similarly situated co-accused Annu Devi was allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.8629 of 2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58944 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Nawada Town (Kadirganj) P.S. Case No.685 of 2018, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
