2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 379, 504, 506, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 12.07.2023, while the informant alongwith others were going to Deoghar by a private vehicle, in the meantime, this petitioner and four unknown persons, who were on Scorpio, overtook the vehicle of informant and stopped the vehicle of informant and thereafter, abused and assaulted the informant with butt of rifle by saying him that he has crushed a kid of goat by his vehicle. It is further alleged that they also made the informant naked and made the video of the incident viral.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are residents of same locality and due to local politics, he has been made accused in this case. There is delay of six days in lodging the present case. Petitioner is Secretary in Ravikant Poonam B.Ed. College and Ravikant Poonam Degree College and due to personal grudge, this false and concocted case has been lodged.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nawada in connection with Warsaligaj P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
