2. Considering the fact that the marriage between the parties was solemnized on 06.04.2014 in the district of East Champaran and also considering the apprehension of the petitioner as to assault by the opposite party, which is denied by the counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party, the Court for the convenience of the petitioner is inclined to transfer the case, bearing Divorce Case No. 197 of 2016, pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran.
3. The Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran is required to take up the issue and decide the case on priority basis at the earliest preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of record of Divorce case
Patna High Court MJC No.4331 of 2016(4) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 (Divorce Case No. 197 of 2016) from the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur.
4. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur is also hereby directed to transmit the record of the Divorce case (Divorce Case No. 197 of 2016) to the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, East Champaran within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid, this application stands disposed of.
