2. The petitioner has moved the Court seeking retiral benefits.

3. In view of the materials brought on record in the counter affidavit, supplementary counter affidavit and second supplementary counter affidavit, it appears that either payments of all such dues have been made or formalities at least have been completed for such payment.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the Court finds that the writ petition has served its purpose. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.

5. However, the respondent no. 6 is directed to ensure that if actual payments have not been made, the same be credited into the account of the petitioner expeditiously and latest within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.

6. Further, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file a representation, if he feels that any amount which is legally due to him has not been paid. If such a representation is filed within four weeks from today before the competent authority, the same shall be considered and disposed off by passing a reasoned order within three weeks of filing of such representation. If it transpires that any further amount is due and payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within three weeks of passing of the order on the representation of the petitioner.
