2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.

3. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and prays for bail, the same should be considered on its merits, without being prejudiced done to the withdrawal of the anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

4. While considering the regular bail of the petitioner, the court below will consider the fact that Hira Singh and Ranjit Kumar have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 57081 of 2024, as it has been submitted by learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67305 of 2024(3) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 the petitioner that he has better case than Ranjit Kumar.
