JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the son of the petitioners namely Lalit Kumar ravished the daughter of the informant namely Asha Kumari in a maize field and when the informant went to make complaint then the petitioners threatened, made attempt to assault and abused the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the thrust of accusation is against Lalit Kumar, the son of the petitioners and the petitioners are old persons having no criminal antecedent.

No.22484 of 2015 (2) dt.06-07-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 110 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
