The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.709 of 2016, arising out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No.3 of 2015/G.R. No.65 of 2015, registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the deceased, the daughter of the informant, was killed by her husband and other in-laws as she wanted to continue her education but her husband and other inlaws were not ready for the same. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2310 of 2017 (2) dt.31-01-2017 2/2 daughter of the informant, and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no allegation of torturing and killing the deceased, the daughter of the informant, for non fulfillment of the dowry demand rather it has been alleged in the F.I.R. that the husband and other in-laws of the deceased, the daughter of the informant, killed her as she wanted to continue her education and they were not ready. The petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2016. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Begusarai, in connection with Sessions Trial No.709 of 2016, arising out of Phulwaria P.S. Case No.3 of 2015/G.R. No.65 of 2015.
