Petitioner is accused in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 543 of 2018 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected thrice by this Court vide orders dated 08.11.2019, 17.03.2021 and 02.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 64584 of 2019, 2462 of 2021 and 69902 of 2021 respectively with observation twice that the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within six months, but the Trial Court did not conclude the same. Further he submits that the fresh ground for bail is that the petitioner is under custody since 16.07.2019.
