No. 11550 of 2016 Shambhu Kumar & Ors. Vs. the State of Bihar & Ors. has been dismissed with the effect that the judgment rendered in
Patna High Court CWJC No.810 of 2017 dt.08-01-2019 2/2 the aforesaid C.W.J.C. No. 11550 of 2016 remains inviolate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that his case is similar to that of the petitioners in the aforesaid C.W.J.C. No. 11550 of 2016 and he would be satisfied if the case is disposed off in terms of what has been directed in C.W.J.C. No. 11550 of 2016.
In the aforementioned facts of this case, the present petition is disposed off in terms of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11550 of 2016.
