2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 and 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against the petitioner is that on the basis of forged certificate she secure the contractual appointment on the post of ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery) at Primary Health Centre, Manjha Gopalganj.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2014. Petitioner has given application for extension of her service on 19.09.2014 for next one year but after lodging the present F.I.R. her contract was automatically terminated and her

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit on 07.11.2023. He further submits that petitioner's husband left her alone and she is now helpless lady who maintains herself and her children too. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 255 of 2014, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
