2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 25.11.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Patori P.S. Case No. 404 of 2016 having earlier been rejected by order dated 11.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17826 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to interfere in the matter and hence the bail petition stands dismissed.
